1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and signing up for our waitlist, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or sign up for the waitlist.

2 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access our website, sign up for our waitlist, or use our future services. By signing up, you verify that you meet this requirement. If we discover any underage user data, we will remove it immediately.

3 Waitlisting & Future Subscriptions

Reppy is currently in active development. Registering your email on our waitlist is completely free of charge. Waitlist registration does not guarantee early access, account creation, or any binding service agreements.

We intend to offer paid subscriptions and billing in the future. All waitlisted users will be explicitly notified of any billing models, pricing adjustments, or payment policies before any billing terms are implemented.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, design system tokens, interactive sticker systems, logo files, and code configurations displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Reppy and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws in India and globally.

5 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any relationship between you and Reppy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claims arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in India.
